Preferred Schematic Report – Elizabeth G. Lyons Elementary School

As required by the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA), the Randolph School Building Committee and the Project Team (OPM and Architect) have created a Preferred Schematic Report (PSR) for submission to the MSBA for review, comment, and approval.

The Preferred Schematic Report includes updates to the Educational Program for the school building, final evaluation of the existing conditions, final evaluation of all alternatives, and the Town’s and School District’s preferred option/solution for addressing the needs of the School and School District.

The Architect (TSKP Studios) and OPM (Daedalus) have collaborated with the Randolph School Building Committee to study and document the Preferred Schematic Report attached. Included in the report are the following sections:
