Randall Luther, Principal of TSKP and lead architect reviewed TSKP\u2019s history. They are a firm of 30 people located in Hartford, CT with a Boston office. They have a varied portfolio of work, with an emphasis on public schools.<\/td>\n<td style=\"width: 258px; height: 76px;\"><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 98px;\">\n<td style=\"width: 43px; height: 98px;\">3.<\/td>\n<td style=\"width: 1038px; height: 98px;\">Yugon Kim of TSKP reviewed the existing conditions studies that TSKP has undertaken. The current Lyons School is about 38,000 sf. It is in fair to good condition. The overall structure is in good condition and there are ways to transform the existing school into a \u201c21st century\u201d school with shared spaces and collaborative education. A matrix was developed by TSKP (see attached slides). The project is currently in \u201cModule 3\u201d of the MSBA process, which is the Feasibility Study. AN made a motion, seconded by LM to approve the above sub-committee. There will be a project website available in the coming weeks. Upcoming presentations will include the Community as well as Town Council and the School Committee.
