Preliminary Design Program – Elizabeth G. Lyons Elementary School

As required by the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA), the Randolph School Building Committee and the Project Team (OPM and Architect) have created a Preliminary Design Program (PDP) for submission to the MSBA for review, comment, and approval.

The Preliminary Design Program includes the completion of the Educational Program for the school building, a study of the existing conditions, and conceptual options for addressing the needs of the School and School District.

The Architect (TSKP Studios) and OPM (Daedalus) have collaborated with the Randolph School Building Committee to study and document the Preliminary Design Program attached. Included in the report are the following sections:
