Approval of Meeting Minutes:
| Andrea Nixon made a motion to approve the meeting minutes from December 1, 2021 seconded by Thea Stovell. Andrea Nixon called for a roll call and voting was as follows;

Project Updates:
| TSKP presented a Geotechnical Proposal for the Design site. The Preliminary geotechnical work done resulted in no red flags. The proposed test pit locations were forwarded to Ron Lum who saw no issues. William Alexopoulos wants to make sure the Town is paying for an accurate assessment. Randall Luther detailed the boring and test pit locations that will be assessed in hopes to avoid future issues. William Alexopoulos made a motion to approve the Geotechnical Proposal in the amount of $19,250 seconded by Andrea Nixon. Andrea Nixon called for a roll call and voting was as follows;

· The Town hasn’t made a decision on acquiring the property. Brian, TSKP, and CHA will have a conference call at 3:30 PM to discuss further.
· Hazardous Materials Testing needs to be done at the Devine Site. Joe Sexton will facilitate getting access to the building with the DPW.
. At the next SBC Meeting the new Building Committee Members will be introduced and a vote will be taking for School Building Committee Chair. |
